  • Scottish Salmon 7oz | smoked tomato, cannellini beans, pancetta, citrus basil + pine nut butter 
  • Prime Hanger Steak 8oz | potato puree, grilled radicchio, blue cheese fondue
  • Crepe Lasagna |  sweet onion rags, swiss chard, parmesan + ricotta 

Seasonal Dessert 

  • Hazelnut Panna Cotta | Disaronno whipped cream, cookie crumble, chocolate glaze
