By adding the Villa Suite Fee ($175) to your reservation, we are delighted to offer your villa to your non-hotel guests for your special day. Your villa provides a private and comfortable space for you and your party to prepare, relax, and enjoy the moments leading up to your ceremony. The additional charge covers the following exclusive benefits:

Non-Hotel Guest Access: Up to 10 guest max (not including vendors) from 7:00am-2:00pm. *Adult-Only property.
Photography: Your photography team will have access to capture those “getting ready” photos exclusively inside your villa. Please connect with The New Inn Team for sessions around the Common Grounds on property. Additional fees will apply.
Housekeeping Service: Once you have departed to your wedding venue, our dedicated team will reset your villa and add rose petals to the bed.

We believe these enhancements will contribute to a memorable and stress-free experience on your wedding day.

All vendors are required to submit and sign The New Inn License and Liability Form and provide insurance information prior to guest check-in date. All submissions must be sent to team@thenewinn.com.

**If requesting 7:00am access to the villa on the day of the event, a 2-night minimum is required to guarantee early access.
